Paypal Payments Temporarily Disabled (1st April)

Our retail provider has implemented a fix, and PayPal payments have been re-enabled.

Good afternoon everyone.

We wanted to give a quick update, as we know a few of you have been experiencing difficulties when paying for purchases on the Dovetail Live website with PayPal over the past week or so.

A small number of players have found that their PayPal payments have been delayed or cancelled (or have been marked as such), which has in some cases led to duplicate purchases. If this is you, or you've experienced any issues, please contact us here by submitting a ticket, and we'll be able to process a refund for you as soon as we can.

We can confirm that we have temporarily disabled PayPal payments until further notice - when we have confirmation from our retail provider Scalefast that the issue has been resolved and you're able to pay via this method again, we'll edit this thread.
