Some of these have been mentioned before, some haven't. These are the issues with the new BR 425 that I have found thus far: Even after the patch, tail lights appear yellow, and their (red) light is very bright. This is apparently already under investigation by DTG. On both dashboard displays, some of the colours are messed up when they're switched to dark mode, making parts of them very hard to read. Interestingly, the BR 423 has the same issue on the left display, but for bright mode. Moving the Master Controller in the emergency brake position releases the dynamic brake too quickly. You should be able to quickly dip in the emergency brake position, then go back to regular braking, and you should then end up with both the pneumatic brake application from the emergency brake as well as the dynamic brake application from the regular brake. This may be a fundamentally unintended behaviour, but one that is present on the real train. This also applies to other BR 42X trains, like the BR 423. The electromagnetic brake isn't animated, and doesn't really seem to work. The air conditioner button doesn't light up when it is turned off.
