I just started looking at editing ranges of track properties in the Network Edit Mode. Unless I'm mistaken, it seems you get one shot at making the changes you want after you define a range, and then that's it. How about the possibility of making track range property edits as discrete changes that can be re-edited and layered diffently before being applied as a group, in future versions of the Editor? Not sure how much work would be involved, but it would make rail network editing 1000% easier!
