You need to get it from the Epic Games Store app. If you had the TSW4 Editor, it's done in the exact same way. Search for "Train Sim World PC Editor" and you'll be able to get it. If you haven't used the editor and/or Unreal Engine before, be prepared for an extremely steep learning curve. Check out the tutorials pinned in this forum for a starting point.
