Hello, I recall a similar thread recently from an AMD user. Wasn't resolved. My 3000€ laptop didn't heat terribly but has lower fps than my 9 years old Intel + GTX 970 using the very same settings. If you don't mind, try the -fpslimit=60 setting (use Google for specific examples) or even 30.
