All mod .pak files go in the following folder - ...steamapps\common\Train Sim World 2\WindowsNoEditor\TS2Prototype\Content\DLC

To select the livery in game, select the formation/paintbrush button upon selecting the train.

Does this add the random 313 on the route?

 

Yup but in the FGWunlock zip file there is an disable 314 pak too and it disables the 313 and 314 for the route i think

 

Maybe the OP should put a disclaimer in the above then ... Avoids the "what the heck is that?" moment

 

It is listed in the mod description but you do have to translate it first, so yeah I'd agree on your point there
