No save involved. Journey mode doing DB BR 101 IC2310 Duisburg to Essen. Brought to a stand by a red signal at Mulheim West. Train ahead stopped at Mulheim and not moving. Not sure if this was an issue with the run in TSW2 which is now uninstalled so I can't check, but it seems the stuck train/red signal problem is now manifesting in TSW3 even without saving the game.
