Should be good enough. Be sure to check out the TS owner's handbook guide on Steam to get better performance, and to decrease the render distance by at least one notch often helps with more detailed routes. You may struggle playing in resolutions over 4K if you want 60fps, so I'd lower the resolution to 1080p if your monitor is a higher resolution. Also, set the FPS limit (explained in the guide I think) to your monitor refresh rate so framerates are more consistent and you don't get lost frames.
