I've been playing quite a bit of Peninsula Corridor lately. Recently though, I've been having an issue with the game crashing when I got to the CEMOF yard. This happened twice in a row on two different services. The first time it happened was on the service "Hoppers to Newhall". It then happened again with the service where you return the special train to CEMOF. I'm not sure what causes this but both of these services start in San Francisco, so I was a little mad after almost reaching the end and loosing my progress. This has never happened to me until yesterday.
