Peninsula Corridor Passenger Train’s Bearings Aren’t Moving

In the Peninsula Corridor Route on TSW2020, i’m noticing that the bearings on the F40ph train set aren’t moving. If you don’t know what those are, they are those 3 screws on the wheel that resemble a triangle. On the freight train on this route I notice that they do move, but for the passenger train, the bearings don’t move for some reason. If anyone else notices this issue please let me know because it kinda bothers me when the train is moving and the bearings don’t move so the realism is kinda lost :/ Also if it’s not called bearings than can y’all let me know what they are really called because I don’t want to sound dumb lol.
