So having finally got this service through the south San Francisco area without crashing and enduring the all stations run from SF to SJ, on terminating and getting the end of run summary it showed as having completed an empty stock move from the general timetable (sorry didn't note which one) not train 264. So having spent an hour and forty minutes over three or four sessions it failed to tick off in Journey Mode as completed.
