PC Peninsula Corridor W/mp15: Red Light At Santa Clara, Train 228

Taking Train 228 in the F40PH with the MP15 DLC installed, you run into a red light just after Santa Clara. It's caused by an MP15 with a cut of loaded ballast cars being given the authority to cross over in front of you and head up north, while you're facing southbound so you have to stop for it. It ended up just not letting me pass, and every time I try this service, I always get the red light.
