If DTG (or a 3rd party) makes a steam-era US route, the PRR version of Horseshoe Curve would be amazing. The route would be basically a 1940s-50s version of the NS route with the fourth track on HSC in place and steam facilities at the Juniata Shops in Altoona.
As for possible locomotives, here are some possible PRR steam locos that we could drive on this route. Most likely, we would get only two or three of these.

1.) PRR M1a/M1b 4-8-2 Mountain: The Pennsy used these for both freight and passenger work (but mostly for freight trains).
2.) PRR J1 2-10-4 Texas: The Pennsy based these heavy freight locos on the C&O T1 2-10-4.
3.) PRR K4s 4-6-2 Pacific: The Pennsy often double- or triple-headed these engines on heavy passenger trains.
4.) PRR H10 2-8-0 Consolidation: These engines would be perfect for local and lighter freight trains.
5.) PRR T1 4-4-4-4 Duplex: These engines had some issues with wheelslip and were expensive to maintain, but skilled crews could handle these sleek passenger engines.
6.) PRR B6sb 0-6-0: These little switchers would be perfect for yard or industrial switching operations.

If we get the PRR HSC set in the 1950s-60s with diesel locos, we could possibly see 2-3 of the following engines:

1.) PRR Baldwin Centipede: A massive and powerful, but less successful, locomotive that would be great to see in TSW3. These handled passenger trains on the PRR for a while before being relegated to helper services (which would make for awesome operations on the HSC route).
2.) PRR FM H-24-66 Trainmaster: Another diesel engine I want to see in TSW3. The FM Trainmasters were fairly successful, but were difficult to maintain.
3.) PRR Baldwin Sharknose RF-16 A/B units: The Pennsy used these for heavy freight trains.
4.) PRR SD7/SD9: EMD SD7/SD9 locos are another one of the classic engines I want to see in TSW3.
5.) PRR GP7/GP9: These would be perfect for yard or local services on HSC.
6.) PRR Alco RS3: The RS3 would be another good yard or local freight engine.
7.) PRR Alco FA-2/FB-2: The Alco FA2s would be another good mainline freight loco.

Well we’ve already got horseshoe curve in TSW so it more than likely be a while until we see non UK steam locos

Those two things have no connection at all.

We've seen that in tsc, id honestly agree to see this for tsw, it can be a loco addon with the 50 or 60s locos
