I've tried a lot of things, but even with the lowest settings they persist.I would rule out my hardware, as I don't have the settings in the game on Ultra, but on High with some restrictions (downwards). It only runs better for me when I set my graphics card to “Powerlimit 55%”, then it is almost 100% utilized - this has reduced the stuttering to a tolerable level. My hardware: Intel I7 14700KF (no OC) 32GB DDR5 Ram (6400MT/s) 2TB NVMe SSD (PCIe 4.0) Dell Monitor S3422DWG (Resolution 3880*1440 max 75Fps) Geforce RTX 4070 Super (no OC) It works best when I set my graphics card to 55% performance limit, then it runs almost constantly at 100% performance. This works very well on the Mannheim-Kaiserslautern route, Dresden-Riesa too, but not on the Frankfurt-Fulda route. Frankfurt-Fulda is one of my favourite routes, but it's no fun at all with the stuttering. I don't know what else to do, I've ruled out my hardware (it's not that bad, I guess).
