Xbox PC Performance With Shadows Set To Medium Or Higher(low Not Affected)

basicly my performance MAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAASIVLY drops when i play with medium shadows or higher like frick it i can have all settings set to max IT LAGS shadows at low IT RUNS AT 30 FPS here are my graphics options: (roughly translated i use a language that NONE OF YALL WILL UNDERSTAND unliess your from a slavic nation like the czech republic)

texture quality:ultra
max fps:60
AA: off
v-sync: off
render scaling:100%
motion blur: on
my specs are:
amd fx 8320
gtx 1050 2gb gigabyte
12gb ram
windows 10
my FPS average around 30 can anyone explain this issue to me since my old GTX 650 TI YES A GTX 650 TI could run MEDIUM shadows no problem so whats the issue really?
id love to hear a somewhat in depth answer! (sorta fixed )

 

i think its just my config that i used to have lol it works with medium fairly well now

 

You didn't have to include all the caps. It comes off as aggressive. You also didn't specify which route, where on the route. Your computer specs also seem on the low end. 2gb of vram isn't a whole lot so maybe issues because of that?

 

Yeah correct... 2GB is very low... I have 10 times more with 12GB xD

 

yea i don have the most money anyways it was my setup(graphics settings) but the map was s-bahn volarerg or smth on lustenau or hard-fussach i belive heh

I find that "effect quality" has the biggest impact on performance, rather than shadows.

However, shadows come in second place.

Oh yeah i understand that not everyone has the money to buy a raket pc... My GPU a 6750xt is not the most expensive one... 12GB was 499€ so you dindt need a machine that brings you to the moon for TSW... A little better GPU brings a big step in better quality
