Dear all, I reluctantly move to open a petition to suspend DTG Alex as forum manager as until DTG has been able to have him follow additional training, in customer care and people management. Under his 'reign' the forum has fallen in complete disarray, a split between those he favors, who he allows to do whatever they please and the rest. He applies forum rules sporadically and at his choosing. I realise those he favors will be firmly against it, but i call the silent majority to speak up, to make this forum a place again where all feel welcome. Not just the ones DTG Alex favors. Thank you all in advance. P.S: please keep all discussions civil
He is doing his job. Why make this post to publicly call out a dtg employee? Why now even? Has he done something to you?

Only problem with the forums are the people who moan in a non constructive manner. By any chance, has Alex given you a warning of some kind? Honestly think this was pulled out of your nether-regions

Why everyone nowadays make a bloody petition for x reasons ? Anyway you might have broke the rules hence why you’ve been punished and this is not North Korea you can criticize DTG and their products if you give arguments
I’ve nothing against Alex whatsoever. I have nothing against any individual within the company. I’m critical of the company as a whole - because I know it can do better (it has delivered some great content). Not sure why you want him suspended, if DTG was against criticism, most of my posts would be deleted at the current time. I don’t think I’ve ever had a post removed.
TBH I didn't think that any of the mods are abusing their roles. I'm not having a go at you but could you please provide some evidence as to why you think that Alex should be suspended
What a load of nonsense. Accusations of favoritism with zero substantiation, invoking a "silent majority" that must agree.... None of this is the behavior of someone who believes they're right. I'm going to disagree for now about locking it, though. Looks like a nice thread in support of Alex is in the making, so let's let it keep growing as a reality check for OP.
I am sorry but I cannot agree with your petition. I have not seen anything on the forums regarding this person's attitude to support your arguments. Yes there are things in the forums or in DTG's communication that I would like to see changed, but I definitely don't think the workers are the ones responsible for carrying them out, so I would never dare to ask for the suspension of one of them for these reasons.
I do not understand what the issue is you have had with Alex. But Alex has done very well since he has started. And I see no reason for him being suspened.
Alex is doing a great job in my opinion, and I really don’t see why he should be suspended. And I don’t want to know what kind of chaos this forum would be without those who keep it on the right track
