This is actually a feature of the photo mode in ETS2 and it annoys me much that TSW's photo mode doesn't have the same. It's the ability to change time of day and weather just in photo mode. This is very cool if you are in the right spot for your best shot, but you feel the current time of day or weather isn't the best for the photo. Not sure whether the TOD4 actor could used for that. In ETS2 this works flawless and there even is a fast dynamic transition between the different times of day and types of weather. I don't think this could work in this way in TSW's photo mode, but just giving my suggestion here.
