Physx > Cpu Displayed On Screen

Hi all,

I have a new system (specification in my signature) and during the game the text . . .

PHYSX > CPU

. . is displayed on the screen.

I assume it is from nvidea. But what does it mean, and can it be disabled ?

In the Nvidia control panel under 3D settings up the top, clear the checkmark from show phsyx visual indicator.

No, it is showing which part of your system is being used to process PhysX calculations, the GPU or CPU. I dearly wish DTG could supply a different core version which permits PhysX by Nvidia GPU as I believe that would greatly improve performance for those using Nvidia GPUs.

 

GPU / CPU , is that handled by Nvidia, or do I need to tweak a setting myself !

 

In terms of TS you can't tweak it, hence my comment above about wishing we had a separate nVidia version, as basically our experience is scuppered for the sake of those who own AMD hardware.
