Yes I can report this too on ps5. Only since the update. Before liveries were pin sharp on ps4. Its a bit troublesome given the native 4k on ps5. I'd upload a screen shot but ps5 can't upload at the moment, mine look as blocky as the image you've supplied.
I too have this same issue on PS5. I had to redo and repaint all my liveries I lost going from PS4 to PS5. Not only do I hope to get this fixed, but to also change the livery spawn to allow more custom liveries to be shown at once, along with liveries being allowed to show up in training and scenario missions other than just the time table only.
Yes, it’s the same with me, I believe the issue is known but I’m not sure if they’re working on a fix yet. After all, they do have a very long list of fixes since the update!
I saw occasional threads about this issue many months ago. But it seems post update that many more of us are getting this issue and more consistently. I had no problem before update.
