Morning All A number of years since I have posted and I gave up because of the unfixed bugs and issues at the time. So have things improved and are we getting fully useable fairly bug free simulations. With a price drop by Game/Fraser on a PS5, I am think is it worth it to upgrade to a PS5 and re-joining using the latest version. I am more interested in if the purchases people are buying work out of the box. I am personally not into spending several hours of time, playing things only to find I lose it or a bug spoils what I have paid good money for. Interested in of your responses to aid me in a possible purchase. Might start from scratch again or might see how easy it is to port what i have for my 4 across to a possible new PS5. I have quite a list of modules I bought. Mostly British diesels Thanks Chris
There're several threads re this subject. Most of the links you might find here: Changing To Ps5 Is Really Worth It? In a nutshell: I think it's totally worth it. BUT: "So have things improved and are we getting fully useable fairly bug free simulations.(?)" Eeeermmmm, no, I don't think so. I might be biased, so best have a look at the troubleshooting section of the forum.
In my opinion it's well worth it,I went from ps4 to ps5 myself and it's a nice upgrade, better resolution, textures, faster loading times and generally runs smoother although can have a few minor stutters but not game breaking. Overall a good upgrade
I don't know about your expectations of TSW, nor what you have missed, but the current trend of the game is to release a new iteration of TSW every summer (TSW3 in 2022, TSW4 in 2023). If you are able to, might I recommend you wait until the big summer release (probably TSW5) before investing?
