User needs access to cab lights when the game presentation offers either no hotspot or a null hotspot for cab lights. Please don't leave non-keybd users in the tunnel darkness. My suggestion is the 'O' key on the controller to be used optionally while game is running to open a controls panel or pane to scroll thru controls relevant ( no steam engine for the Siemens 700, for one example) and a smart pane would offer and recall a filter and optionally set last used ctrl at top in a search text fld. This may already be an accessibility option in TSW 4 ?? Another option is free the arrow keys when train is in powered motion ( doors not relevant and reverser not available ) to aid in live-game ctrl-override actions such as absolute Cab Lights ON ( i.e., not a toggle.) thx r back in Canada retired over-70 Parkinsonism as in 10% of elders fine-motor challenges
