Exhibit A. This is at a platform at Munich (whichever station the S-bahn trains start at). I'm assuming there's a massive power cut only effecting platform lamps (buildings had lights on). Presumably the lights are off because it's 7AM and would be very bright at other parts of the year but I could probably see more if I were to turn my monitor off. I'm not sure why they should be off if it's really dark. Would make it so much nicer to drive in such conditions.
