I like very much the new customize HUD, in order to be adapted to every person driver skills. You mentioned speed is not included, in order you visually check directly on the speedometer of the locomotive / train, for more real operation. But the fact is, depending on which computer or console you have, that could be very difficult!. In my case, for using the Play Station, I am in my living room, sitting on a sofa, and see the game on a 42" Smart TV, around one and a half meter away.. The fact is, it is not possible to read clearly the current train speed. This is due to the speed numbers are very small, or even several times there are some reflections on it. Of course not everybody has this problem, but considering all the wide ways to set up the HUD now - which is great - it will be greater if there will be an extra option about including the speed of the train too. But just that, not the brake and other information, you can get them, using the traditional previous unique HUD. I suggest to include the speed at the right top side, just below the new speed limit and signal information. Of course the size of the speed might be similar to the speed limit one. Just train speed, no brake information and nothing else. I believe this will be very useful.
Yes, but the old hud, does not include only the speed. That is the difference!. It is relative big, and have extra information,- using much screen space- I do not need for operating the train. I believe this will be easy to implement for DTG.
