The one major frustrating aspect of scenario planner is the tedious way of selecting the time. If I want, say to start at 10pm, scrolling from 12pm takes too long. I suggest being able to move each number independently just to make selecting night times quicker. Example: Current: 12:00 -> 12:05 -> 12:10 etc. Suggestion (vertically changing each individual number): ^ 12:00 13:00 14:00 V
Cosigned. Maybe make it two-speed. I.e. holding it for less than a second has the same speed but holding it for more quadruples the speed or 10x speed or something similar. Basically like how many alarm clocks work lol. EDIT: Sorry, I noticed that you wanted a different system cloudyskies21. Either one works for me, yours is probably better all around since it both gives detailed control and speed.
Yeah not a bad idea, but honestly don't mind which way, as long as selecting time is faster and an improvement on the current way.
