Hello all I was interested in the type of things people wanted to see from the uk I was also interested on what types of uk trains people would like to see personally a class 156 (sprinter)
I'd like to see the Steam route on the IOW. Local routes involving Didcot Parkway. And don't know if it is possible but the DMU (?) slow route from Didcot to Paddington from the mid 1980's.
To be honest, I would like to see the Cornish Mainline which has a mixture of more faster services and more local services. So both I guess.
Hull to Doncaster and Leeds (Joining up to NTP). With Deltics on the Hull-Doncaster line. Early 1980's. Freight. TransPennine DMUs. Humber Bridge. Paragon station.
London-Brighton - True classic from old TS, we defenely need this route in TSW) P.S. FULL route, not part like Brighton - East Croydon or London - Three Bridges
London - Brighton Thameslink London Overground (Watford, North London Line) Waterloo - Addlestone I like services that makes frequent stops along the line.
London to Brighton is a definite for me. But with the Keymer Junction to Lewes added into it to complete the triangle.
Something out of Lincoln. Not just because its where I currently live but we have nice mixture of intercity and regional trains, wind it back a year or so and Pacers could be included!
