Hi folks. Since installing the AP signals pack I've been having issues on some 3rd party routes with signals not changing from red and jamming up lines in scenarios. This has affected Harrogate Loop/Leeds lines and also the missing link ATS DLC at Crewe and possibly others that I haven't got round to checking yet. Any ideas on how to either remove the ep from specific routes or if there are any work arounds for this issue?

Hi, Have you installed the signal patch from ATS for Leeds lines? I've not seen a signal patch for missing link or Harrogate loop. I'm not sure if the Harrogate loop uses DTG signals; Jake fuller VMS signals and JT common library are requirements along with some JT routes. I'm not at my PC so can't check now. G
Can't check either right now, but I think you may be right re: JT signals for Harrogate loop, so no idea why installing the AP pack should affect that.
I'll double check which routes I'm having signal issues with later this evening when I'm able to access my gaming rig. I do know that one of the affected scenarios runs from York down to Milford so must be Harrogate Loop.
Harrogate loop uses the Fuller Sims VMS Signal pack. Just checked. If you let me know what scenario it is, I can run it to check it here.
So, having checked which scenarios are having signalling issues I have found the following so far: Harrogate Loop 1Q64 Derby to Neville Hill Northern Lines (OTS) 1Q14 Crewe - Blackpool North (part 1). I haven't checked if part 2 of the same scenario works. I don't know currently if any other routes are affected. I know I did have issues with the ECML merge initially but downloaded the patch for that.
Hi I've just run 1Q64 successfully with no signalling errors. What is the signal number you are having problems with?
the signal you start at at the end of P4 (384 I think). I know you have to wait until the TPE moves but he moves and then gets stuck at red at the end of P3. Also, 2 inbound services get stopped at red at Holgate.
On my setup: Y236 (the one you start behind) shows a single yellow aspect at about 21:09:35. This is a JT modern signal Bulb 3 Aspect Gantry 1 Track with a Call on. Y232 (the one at the end of the platform) shows a single yellow aspect at about 21:12:10. This is a JT modern signal Bulb 4 Aspect 3 Track with a THeater. Y204 (the next one along the track) is sitting (correctly) at red when Y232 changes to yellow. It is a JT Modern signal L4A gantry 0T auto. The red at Y204 is caused by an Azuma, 5Q51 York - Peterborough. When it goes wrong for you, does Y204 ever change aspect?
That Azuma doesn't appear for me. It shows on the map but it must be missing textures as all I see is the rubber covers between carriages.
That's precisely what I am getting as well. I will run the OTS scenario later, or tomorrow using Async Keys, as no one has time for the 20 minute wait at Strand Rd, or whatever it is. LOL
Ok, so I have run scenario 1Q64 again. Signal Y232 does not change aspect however Y204 at Holgate shows as green. I used Async keys and sped up time. No signals had changed by 21:30 and both the TPE 185 and the Azuma (invisible) never departed. Update Installed all the patches from ATS for Cambridge - Peterborough, Chat Moss and the ECML merge and still have the problem. Tbh I don't know if this scenario worked before the AP signal EP as I never ran it. Update 2 I now don't think it's the signal EP causing the red light issues. I can run other scenarios from York to Leeds on Harrogate Loop without any issues. I'm thinking it may be down to the missing textures on the Azuma or something in that specific scenario. As for the Northern Lines one, I have no idea what could be causing that as yet but I know that I don't have the Pendolino textures for that as they use the old Virgin pack.
Neither do I. The only commonality I can see so far, is that the scenarios that give you a problem, have assets missing.
