I have been attempting to access the forum on my Android phone. I am being advised that my connection is not private. You may have a breach of the forum somewhere.

That is a certificate issue, that has come up before.

Still needs resolution. NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID is what is displayed on screen.

I'm not seeing this any more. Do a hard reload (if on PC hold CTRL and press F5) or do a cookies purge

Just to confirm, that since the opening post, I've never seen this message on either the forum or Dovetail Live (using PC, Mac and iPhone at least once per day depending on where I am). I've no idea how certificates work, so can't help. But if you are still getting it, it's more than likely something on your device.

I have been having the exact same problem on my android tablet. It's intermittent though and strikes randomly. It started happening a couple of days ago.

As a side note this happens literally every time I do a windows restore and don't update the clock before trying to connect to anything because my system is convinced the certificates for sites are all time travellers. :D

I suspected my tablet's clock was wrong and indeed it was running five minutes fast. Setting the correct time didn't make any difference though. I still get this "privacy error" randomly.
