Today I’ve had 3 failures of service mode due to Passing signals at danger One of them was a LIRR M7 Departing New York penn this one I didn’t look properly so could have been me who messed it up the next was an F40 on peninsula corridor I had red light leaving San Jose but had permission to pass it through checking however. Still failed when I went passed it the last one was a GP38 I think it’s name is, my next light was red but it was 1.9 miles away and yet it said failed due to signal passed at danger They all seem to have a connection by being at the start of the route
