M3 LIRR normal for me.
DB BR 182 and LIRR M3 still not working here in Finland. Getting the outstanding update error for those two loco addons.
Still missing the Class 20. But I'm using the PS4 version on a PS5 so the original instructions never worked for me. I suspect it might work if I once more uninstalled and reinstalled the whole game.
Also, I still don't see anything other than Preserved Collection DLC listed for the PS4 version of the game under Add Ons if I scroll down from the game icon. (It's been that way since the issue first started)
The Class 20 is resolute in insisting it is installed however, but the game still says no.
Sorry but do we need to uninstall anything before the update tomorrow or just install it ?
Shouldn't need to uninstall, but let me know if that doesn't work.
As of last night 9/1 CainCreek finally reloaded and is playable for me, going to hold off on getting any other DLC til all issues are resolved

I have managed to download all my add-ons that I have purchased except for southeastern high speed and southeastern BR class 465, Isle of Wight , Scottish city commuter on my PS4. Im still asked to pay for them. I have followed all the instructions that you have advised us to do. I’m from U.K. so looks like I will have to pay again. I’m not happy that I need to pay again for something I have already purchased.
Update: My BR 182 is finally back on track! (Location: Germany)
Okay!!! DB BR 182 and LIRR M3 are now showing in the game (Finland)!

Those in anywhere outside of the Americas: Can you try the BR182 and M3 please again? Sony have pushed a fix.

All DLCs work. The last problem is that I see the purchased DLC, the price in the PS store. Location Czech Republic.

BR182 and M3 are now working for me (I deliberately left them uninstalled when I did my last reinstall, since they were mentioned as known issues). But I still can't find any method to trigger re-download of the Class 20 on PS5 (as per my previous message) short of deleting and reinstalling everything.
BR182 & M3 are OK now (just redownladed them after a reboot).
BR Class 20 became OK yesterday.

I’m STILL missing 8 DLCs and this nonsense has been going on long enough. Fix it or refund me. This is [DTG JD - bad word]. AND you have the nerve to advertise a new route? FFS, I’m a DTG fan but this is too much. This is is beyond incompetence and bordering on fraud. Come on, fix the problem you created first, THEN announce new stuff. Heck, I’ll probably buy it when I know it’ll work. Like a lot of us, I’ve been patient but this is ridiculous.

Have you downloaded them from your library if not do that
Nothing changed at all over here in Belgium on my PS4 game running on PS5.
PS5 Digital Collector update still costing 54.99€.
Same error message at launch.
In-game store still bugged and showing missing images and GBP instead of correct currency.
In-game store still downloading PS5 addons despite being PS4.
All addons (many are missing still from the game hub) except owned still showing as "unavailable" in the store.
I'm starting to get really pissed at this situation.
On old PS4, USA. I re-downloaded the 3 items I was still missing last night & now they work.

My update is now seemingly complete.
Now if we could get a fix for Extra 3014 South, I would then be able to complete all of Clinchfield. I know it's a different subject, but I have yet to see an acknowledgement (from DTG) or proper work-around for that service here in these forums.

I meant to state that the missing route or loco window on start-up of the game has also gone away upon downloading those still missing items again.
Can I confirm that you've rebooted your console (full power off, rather than stand-by/power-saver mode - turning off at the switch may also help after you've turned it off) and followed the instructions at the start of this thread? You'd have to redownload the routes individually from the PS Store. Please feel free to DM me if you're still having issues, because by-and-large it looks like many other players have access now.
Thanks for letting us know things are (nearly) there. We'll investigate any remaining issues with Sony, particularly around the Collector's Edition and Store set-up.
Can I check you've rebooted the console for me, please? Switching it off at the power source may also help.
I didn’t actually get a patch or did it do it automatically
For me I have the collectors editon PS5 version but it’s not letting me install East Coastway, Hauptsache Rhein Ruhr and Peninsula Corridor. All my other routes work and have been installed, but no matter what I try I can’t install the three collector edition routes :/

Yes, it's been completely rebooted (no power-saving) and completely turned off numerous times (basically everyday) since DTG has come out with this fix guide

I’m still unable to download my three routes that I get from the collectors edition, I have it on disc by the way. Every time I try install the 3 collector edition routes it comes up with an error. What do I do?
I am still unable to use the 20, M3 and 182, and all have been reinstalled on the console and followed the directions as per the new instructions
If you’ve followed the instructions above and are still missing Add-ons, our current recommendation is to head to PlayStation Support and submit a ticket, as it is likely a caching issue and they are able to help.
There won't be an update visible, so you'd need to redownload the Add-ons yourself (if that makes sense!). There is a full guide at the start of this thread.
