This isn't a suggestion to add something to the game, but it is more how to perfect the class 380 in terms of sound and looks.

From the outside, it looks maybe like just another electrostar, and it is very similar, however the sloped front is a unique, and somewhat controversial feature, this gives the train a very sleek appearance, however it also means that to couple 2 trains together, the gangway has to be angled upwards to allow them to connect.

In terms of sounds, the traction motors sound almost identical to the class 350 and 360 desiro multiple units, making a very unique whining sound, door sounds would be re-used from the class 387 as they are the same.
The horn is quite a generic sounding 2 tone horn,

The class 380 is operated solely by scotrail, used on services on the Ayrshire and Inverclyde line, north Berwick, cathcart circle, and lanark services, it has a top speed of 100mph, though a lot of lines only have a top speed of 90mph

As for adding this to the game, the best idea personally is to give it its own route, for the time cathcart circle is set the class 380 would only have a few peak and A.I services, the route i would choose would be either the Ayrshire coast or Inverclyde line due to it operating mainly on those.

The interior is quite generic for a scotrail electric unit, it has very small tables and 1 accessible bathroom, the cab is similar to other electric units, however does look different due to the sloped front.

Before i finish this off, I'd like to mention that there is 2 variants of this train, the class 380/0 (380001-380022) which has 3 coaches, and the class 380/1 (380101-380116) which has 4 coaches.
