I’ve loaded and followed the training module three times.. starting with the pantograph up, lowering it and then raising it again….

except the pantograph does not raise back up but the train still moves..

I made notes to ensure I followed the instructions correctly to refer back to.

I couldn’t see the line volt light turn on or off and couldn’t find it anywhere… edit.. now located it

I did a timetable run to Ebbsfleet where you have to change power .. except nothing happened, pantograph stayed down.. consequently I keep getting warnings about raising the panto.

    Totally confused.

Relaunched a timetable route and the pantograph is DOWN when it surely should be up as there are overhead cables.

When changing power, make sure you press and hold the CTRL and DC buttons for the high speed line and classic lines respectively until the button illuminates. For raising the Pantograph, you need to press the ‘Pan Up/ Shoes Down’ button (Yellow button beneath CTRL and DC buttons) once to raise it, and once the Line Indicator comes on, the pantograph is raised. Then you need to press it a second time to close the Circuit Breaker. For DC mode, you only need to press the aforementioned button once.
