I think it would be a good Idea to create this route as I think most UK routes are based down south so it would be a nice change for a scotish and English route you could use the class 221 and clas 390 to start with and add 397 as a add on and there are many expansion opportunity for Dovetail like the Blackpool line and between Carlisle and glassgow windermere branch line and Lancaster to Barrow then carlise on the cumbrian coast so post your ideas on this below
