They operate on the Manchester Airport - Glasgow and Edinburgh services Class 195: The Class 195 is one of two trains that operate the regional services on this route. They mostly operate as a single unit, however occasionally they do operate a pair of 195/0s (4 coaches total) or 195/1s (6 coaches total). These operate on the Manchester Airport - Barrow / Windermere services. Class 331: The Class 331 is, aesthetically, identical to the 195. However, it is an Electric unit with much better acceleration. They come in 3 and 4 coach variants, however the services they operate on this route are exclusively operated by either a single 331/0 (3 coaches) or a pair (6 coaches).
