This one is a recommendation for Smokebox since I know he loves making really historically accurate steam locomotives. And I absolutely love and adore his work, so I'd thought I'd give him a challenge. So, we have the Connie, then we have a million UP Advanced UP Steam Locomotives, but nothing from GTW (reskins don't count). I've suggested an Amtrak E60 and felt quite proud of myself that I actually suggested something that people were interested in (or was probably in development before I suggested it), so I want to add more. We love Steam Trains, more than diesel trains because Steam Locomotives are the relics of the 50s and before. I think you know where I'm going with this. Currently, there are two surviving U3B Confeddies. GTW 4-8-4 6325 and GTW 4-8-4 6323.

6325 was built in 1942 by the American Locomotive Company for the Grand Trunk And Western railroad. 6325 Handled both freight and passenger service, much like the other 23 GTW locomotives that served the GTW. 24 U-3-bs were built for the GTW, but only two managed to avoid the scrap yard. These locomotives performed very well and were well liked by engineers. They were highly efficient and were also greatly reliable. 6325 Was retired in 1959 and was donated to the city of Battle Creek, Michigan where it was put on display. It's role in history prevented it from being scrapped. A fundraising campaign would lead to her preservation and cosmetic restoration of what she once was before diesel power dominated the rails. In 1993, Jerry J. Jacobson purchased 6325 and moved her to Ohio Central's steam shops at Morgan Run. Restoration on 6325 would officially begin in 1998. In 2001, the restoration proved to be a complete success as she moved under her own power for the first time in 42 years. On September 22nd, she pulled an excursion train from Dennison to Colombus, Ohio. If you've seen Steam In The Spring, which was narrated by Les Jarret, you would definitely know this. At one point, 6325 accompanied Canadian Pacific (Ohio Central) 1293, a Canadian Pacific G5d 4-6-2 Pacific Steam Locomotive which was built in 1948 by the Canadian Locomotive Company. In 2005, 6325 was taken out of service due to an axle bearing issue. As of now, returning 6325 to steam is not a priority, however only small work needs to be done. 6325 Currently resides at The Age Of Steam Roundhouse in Sugarcreek, Ohio.

GTW 6323 is currently on static display at the Illinois Railway Museum in Union, Illinois.

    The Locos:

So the dlc (if actually carried out by Smokebox hopefully) would contain the following:

3 GTW U3B models. The first model would be a standard GTW U3B with running numbers 6312-6336. The second model would be GTW 6325. 6325 Would come in two liveries. The first livery would be her GTW Livery. The second would be her Ohio Central livery. The last model would be GTW 6323.

GTW 6325 would have two useable whistles. The first is her ol GTW 6 Chime Whistle. The second is a PRR 3 Chime she was fitted with a few times.

GTW 6323 would have a Hancock 3 Chime

The Standard GTW Model would have a GTW 6 Chime.
