PlayStation Problem Creating Profile - No Keyboard Prompt

Have just downloaded TSW 2020 on my PS4 Pro, when I launch the game and either try to register or skip and create a profile, when I select the name field I get no prompt for an onscreen keyboard so I’m unable to start the game. Any ideas?

I don't remember exactly how I created my profile (although that's only 8 months ago), so just to be sure:
Did you try to trigger the onscreen keyboard by pressing the X button?

 

Yep, I can move around the boxes and select with X but no keyboard pops up.

I got around the problem by adding a Bluetooth keyboard. I’m wondering if the issue is down to the fact I have a Harmony remote which has an entry on the PS4 as a keyboard and it was diverting input to that?

Now I’m past the create profile screen it works fine with the standard controller.
