The mast has been there since RSN came out, then the 363 DLC was released and it was still there. Then several new TSW versions were released and it's still there today. It will also be there for the next few TSW versions because it has been reported countless times. Nobody has taken care of it for years. However, the mast has no collision, you can simply drive through it.
