I have experiencing problem with tutorials & scenarios is to be locked for unknown reason. Here screenshot and hope somebody could give an answer to solve issue!
BenKnapp First and foremost, welcome to the forums! That is intended behavior - Certain scenarios and tutorials will temporarily lock features. Complete more objectives to get them unlocked. That shouldn't happen in services though. Hope I helped, ProfCreeptonius
