hello everyone today I will speak on the ice 3 br 403 because on the ice 3 there are a pis problem and the passager information in the train are little bit bad on the 403 I don't know why but on the 403 from SKW you can't choose the PIS for example to müchen hbf or franfkurt for example on the 403 and for me the PIS that are in the train are little bad and there are still the problem with the collision of the scharfenberg on the ice 3 why ice 3 is one of the only trains that suffers from this problem?
