Problems Downloading Tsw3

Downloaded TSW3 deluxe yesterday on my PS5. It loaded training centre and Liverpool Crewe which I started playing.
Tried opening it today and it has failed downloading all 3 core TSW3 routes and will not open. "Can't start the game or app".
Is anyone else having the same problem? Thanks

 

Just realised that since I had already breached the dlc limit on tsw2, then do these routes for tsw3 count on top of these or should they operate on a new dlc limit for the new game. Cheers

 

New game, new limit. I had this multiple times on PS5 TSW2, all you need to do is cancel the downloads in the download manager. Then click Options while TSW3 is selected, click on Manage game content, and delete the problematic DLC. Back out of that screen and go again into Manage game content and start the DLC download from there

 

Cheers Fred. Yes have done that. I have downloaded South Eastern extended from the store in the game, but Kassel and the new US route are showing as £30 each even though they were part of the deluxe package I have bought.

 

Double check you didn't buy the "UK edition", afaik when you buy deluxe edition it should add downloads for all routes at point of purchase (if you didn't preorder); for deluxe I think this is game + five routes? Training, SEHS, SOS, Kassel, Cajun

Easiest way is to check your email receipt from Sony, if it was £30 or thereabouts you got a regional (probably) UK edition only

 

Nope. Definitely deluxe edition in receipt for £49.99.
It was trying to load all 3 this morning and failed. Went into the storage and deleted all. Managed to load SEHS extended although looks like it was trying to load the PS4 version. SEHS said £0 but the others are £29.99. So will not try and download them as it will charge me i am sure.

 

Only other thing I can think of is check you're signed in on console with the account you purchased with to start the downloads off again, otherwise I imagine its going to be a support ticket with Sony (good luck with that)

You can’t download your DLC via the ingame store. You have to go to the game hub, scroll down and there you will find the add-ons you own.

 

Thanks for that Stokesjh. Now have all routes loaded. Strange that I could load SEHS from store in game, but had to go to the PlayStation store for the German and US routes.
