    Hello everyone.

I would like to take a moment to present a suggestion to DTG/Rivet Games/Skyhook Games for a GE/Wabtec ET44AC Tier 4 Diesel Locomotive that is also known as the ET44AH/ET44C4 by other Railroad operators. The liveries for the pack could be Norfolk Southern, CSX, BNSF. Union Pacific and Canadian National for starters. I would like to see the 2014-2017 variants with the straight exhaust that is based on my ScaleTrains models of CN3034 that is below. DSC04578.JPG

As for the audio. I would think that hiring out one of these beasts would be needed to record the sounds and with the pack would be nice to see some scenarios for the CN, UP and the CSX versions as we have American routes they could utilise.

I hope that this suggestion would be of interest to DTG, Rivet Games and/or Skyhook Games as a future product for TSW 2. Also being a modern day Tier 4 diesel locomotive. It would appeal to the younger generation that will likely grow up with these trains.

If DTG plan to make the Marias Pass route at some point. It would be an ideal fit for that route.

The Tier 4 may look similar at the front end but the cooling box is shaped like a shed roof and looks cool in my opinion. I would buy the pack anyway as it would be nice to use a CSX version on Sand Patch with the lashups on the summit.

By that logic, we shouldn't make any GE Loco between the C40-8W and the ET44s cause "They are all too similar"

Why did we get the ES44 with HSC since we got the AC44 with SPG? #sarcasm

Well as the GE ET44AC/C4/AH etc are the modern Tier 4 in production and they are the modern day locomotive in the US and Canada in bulk with others in Latin America slowly being introduced with KCS. The ET44 pack would be a popular add-on and a very profitable pack for DTG to produce at the very least. I did drop Skyhook Games an e-mail with this idea but got no answer so I assume they are just busy with other projects right now. That said, that won't stop me putting out this pack as a suggestion for DTG, Rivet Games or anyone else for that matter to consider it. Well it is a boots filler idea after all.

That is a Tier 3 as far as I am aware and the "backpack" is different but I get your point mate.
