Some exist already. Zusi, simrail, run8 to name a few. Tsc can also be one if you go on the pro range, armstrong. Usually at the cost of worse graphics. Physics would have to be spot on since it's used for real like driver training.
Looks v good. If the physics, signalling are all top notch, i wouldn't care so much about the visuals (like Run8) . Could make a bit of money selling it to the public I reckon. Probably won't happen though
