Dovetail Live Profile Transfer Issue

When I´m in the Profile Menu, I don´t have the option to transfer it. That´s pretty annoying, because there are lots of routes and locos on it. Please help me fix this problem, if I´m doing something wrong there.

Same here, I just had a profile for my gamer tag appear. No option to import anything

 

So, my locos and routes were transfered yesterday evening, which is all I need. But in case of the progress, it´s still not working.
