PlayStation Ps Tsw2 Rush Hour Deluxe Edition With No Rush Hour Routes!!!

Hi, so I won a code from The British Ace for a copy of TSW2 Rush Hour deluxe Edition for Playstation, however I cannot get the rush hour routes as it says error. I restored game licenses and did not change anything! I am annoyed as i cannot play the routes i should have! Also since activating the code all the rush hour routes all say free and when i try and redeem them i get the error shown down below! Please could you help me fix this, thank you in advance!
