PlayStation Ps5 Defeat Frozen Tram Signals

Sat for 5 minutes or three (3) complete traffic signal cycles ?
A remedy:
tram rolls slightly forward, just far enough to receive a signal violation in its RED banner;
During or after the next signal cycle, the frozen horizontal white bars will melt into sloping white Thru signals.
Latest case, Sandbox default route #3 at 2nd last signal before Am Blumenmarkt.

Silly me ... i actually thought this freshly relaunched game instance could do a single descent from top to bottom of Sandbox route #3. Not so.
