PlayStation Ps5 Frozen Signals In Sandbox Default Routes

one unfroze after 5+ minutes when car turned left across the nose of the tram ... immediately acrss deoarting left down the left sidebof thevtram.

first symptom: i stopped for the White Disk warning, then it flips to deadly stop.
next, sit thru three cycles of the lights
I watched the timer show me going to 5:34 in the red ... 5 minutes.
As if nothing were wrong, tram signal activates.

How could these repeat problems get past Beta testers ??

Did they not test these default Sandbox routes ?
