so this is my attempt to make a modest report of a little thing i had thought that on Sandbox Route 5 vanilla run, that the first tracks turning into Hauptbahnhof as we drive from Goethestrasse to our stop were silent ... but i drove again and this is odd: the tracks turning right into Bahnhof are silent to me as driver up front, but i do hear them as my tram end passes over them ... the next is the turn out from Hauptbahnhof and as Tram 5 passes ovet those the sound is fine. Seems like an odd sort of bug ... silent, but not completely as my tram travels straight ( Route 5 does not turn into the Hauptbahnhof proper so does no come out either .) Is there a west-bound tram that turns into Hauptbahnhof in the Sandbox ? East-bound Route #1 does, but not using this farthest east north-side turn-out. Maybe someone had built a route that does ... So this is a small oddity ... i tagged it #minor bug and #ps5 I so wish these were the only little things to report as users who paid full price on more than one platform for this tram sim. I also own Tram Sim Vienna and Munich and the Car Sim for Munich. I would evenbuy the Car Sim for Vienna if the map expanded. Access to the train stations to pick up and drop off friends us what is missing in that Car sim ... a flaw, not a bug, to my mind. A design flaw for user experience in my mind. People may well disagree. If THIS tram sim could get sorted out, Freiburg, Augsburg and other cities neglected could be a future niche. Just saying. To be civil.
coming back east, i also could not hear the first turn-out to the Hauptbahnhof. But the back of my tram rattles on it, so i think these single turnouts are bugged both south side west, and north-side east, on Goethestrasse going straight past the Hauptbahnhof. They might bot be as noisy as a line crossing a line, but if the front tram section is silent, why would the back section rattle ? Looping back, there was no wait at the terminal station, but two other issues instead that almost made me quit, but i was determined to approach the Hauptbahnhof turnouts from the east, going west, north side of Goethestrasse. I could not hear my end of the tram pass over it. The other issues really interfere with trying to verify whether i am mistaken or maybe this is an audio event issue for these single turnouts both left and right each opposite the other in the track layout going past the main train station.
