Is this just coincidence ... the last signal going up to Frei..platz Line 1 frozen, this going down to Engelsbrunnen frozen at last signal

i waited about 5 minutes, then began typing this ... a slow, painful process for me given my Parkinsonism being worst in my writing hand . A LO, A CARVTURNS LEVT ACROSS THE FRONT OF THE T RAM, A SUDDENLY THE SIGNAL IS UNFROZEN.

So too little traffic spooks the signals ... the system cannot detect a tram sitting at the last signal on its route ... fine if the system was driving taxiis, buses, trolleys and trams ... but it is just TRAM driving !

This is daft. This is more of the failure to comprehensively test a product that is FOR SALE to licensed users. Or are we paying for the priviledgebof reporting bugs on expensive hardware ?

I feel the same way. Since the last update, CTS Tram is completely unplayable. The game is definitely broken right now. I'm really surprised that the Community Manager dtg_jan hasn't commented in this forum yet. He's probably reading this forum content as well. A short message from him to us users would be fair.
    Hey, dtg_Jan.
    - Are all these newly reported bugs even being registered anywhere?
    - Is this disaster currently being worked on?
    - What happened?
    - When can we expect a fundamental bug fix?
We all know you're not the one responsible for this disaster..
The community here would be very grateful for honest feedback from you.
But you're probably the only one, closest to the responsible people, I think.

    Thank you in advance.

    Good morning,

Thank you for all your feedback so far. We usually take a few days after a patch has been released to gather feedback and then pass that on to our developers, or in this case to ViewApp.
We had a catchup call with them yesterday, and they are already aware of the signalling issue. The next patch is already in the works, but they are hoping to release a hotfix to address the signalling issues as well.

If you want direct contact to the developing team or ViewApp's Community Management, I'd recommend joining their official Discord server, as they have much better visibility on feedback there. We will of course continue to relay and feedback from here, but the main discussion is taking place on Discord.

    All the best,
    Jan

Thank you for the quick reply, Jan.

It's important for us to know that ViewApp is aware of the issues and is working on them. The people there need to be aware, that this is no small matter. It's a huge software deadlock. I´m sure, It's probably being discussed on the Discord platform as well.

Thanks for your information. We'll wait and see, ...hopefully not too long.
CTS TRAM makes a lot of fun, ....when it works again.

    Greetings
    Kaschi
