It's not just a Sony thing - Not out on Xbox either. Think someone forgot to push some buttons somewhere. The TSW 2 update also announced yesterday, hasn't turned up either.
I got the update, though it didn't seem to fix anything. Sometime later the DLC started to see updates as well.
