The Catch Psn Store (south East Aisa)

I'm a Big Fan of fishing games, I was waiting for this game to be released for so long and finally its 30th of June.
However, and unlikely, I cannot find this game from PSN store.
Could anyone can confirm is their any plan to release on South East Asia PSN store?
