Have just purchased TSW3 Birmingham Bundle - Digital Version available in both PS4 & PS5 formats from PS Store, I also have TSW2 PS4 Collectors edition - Disc version plus many other add on / preserved routes that have been purchased over time, some of which are also available in PS5 format, my Questions are these : ? When I upload / come to playTSW3 PS5 game can I / do I transfer anything accross from my PS4 TSW2 content, ie; Routes or Profile ? (as I believe it gives you the option to move stuff accross). Or do I keep/play them as seperate Games completely ? ie TSW2 PS4 format (existing Profile & Routes) & TSW3 PS5 format ( setting up a Brand New profile) I do not wish to loose any of my TSW2 progress/ trophies. I am using a PS5 Disc Console, also have an external drive HD with all my TSW2 PS4 content on, also have an SSD external for storing any PS5 Games / content & this is where my TSW Routes available in PS5 format are stored also. I know this subject has been raised countless times but it still is such a grey, complex, complicated area to understand !! as I see other posts from Members still having issues with this, SO WHAT IS / ARE THE BEST SOLUTIONS, THING TO DO ?? Try not to use caps. But progress from tsw2 to tsw3 will only transfer across same platform. So ps4 to ps4 and ps5 to ps5
Only same platform transfer for PlayStation but if you are on the Xbox console your Xbox One progress will simply carry over to the Series X version
